How long will it take to receive my order?
Many hours are spent measuring, cutting, and sewing a suit specific to your shape and style. Despite the detail involved, your order will be delivered within 2 - 4 weeks of placing it. This, of course, is assuming that all information is complete and correct. Any incomplete submissions requiring us to contact you for clarification may result in a delay in delivery time.
topHow do I make a payment?
Metric Suits can accept your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express using PayPal. No card information is saved at Metric Suits and remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. PayPal is a secure form of payment. Used by millions of people daily, PayPal is an encrypted third party payment processor. PayPal accepts all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards) and allows for debit card and eCheque purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use their payment service.

topHow much is shipping?
We offer free delivery on all items within the Continental U.S. Customers in other locations will not need to pay a delivery fee to Metric but may be subject to any import tax and fees imposed by your country.
topCan I change the delivery address of my order?
If you have not completed your order yet, you can change or add to your current delivery address on the "My Account" page after signing in. If you have already completed your order, however, we will not be able to change any details for you because the order is already being processed.

topMy order did not go through. What do I do?

topWhat do I do if I need to return my product?
If the product received does not match the order placed, you may return the product for one of equal value.
If any of the goods you receive do not fit to your specifications, contact METRIC immediately. The measurement details and other steps of our website are very precise; if, however, there are inaccuracies in the submitted information and the product received, thus requiring minor adjustments, METRIC will reimburse you for alterations costing up to 10% of each item's purchase price within 30 days of you receiving your item. You must submit your alterations claim and the original receipt within 30 days of receiving your item to qualify for a reimbursement. For those expenses exceeding the 10% of purchase price limit, you may accept our 10% reimbursement and pay the remainder on your own or return the product to METRIC and we will make the necessary adjustments and return the product to you. Note: return shipping and handling fees are to be paid by you, the customer, unless the inaccuracy is clearly the mistake of METRIC, in which case we will pay for shipping and handling.
In the returning of a product you must include the product invoice and a detailed description of the product defect and the desired changes to be made.
topCan I exchange my purchase?
Due to the fact that each order is tailor-made for you personally, you cannot exchange purchased items. If the product received does not match the order placed and the inaccuracy is clearly the mistake of METRIC, you may return the product for one of equal value.

You agree to pay the fee at the time you place your order. Once you have confirmed your order on the secure payment screen it cannot be cancelled or changed.
In the event that your debit or credit card payment is refused by your card issuer for whatever reason, METRIC may terminate these terms and conditions without further obligation to you.
METRIC will enclose with goods it delivers to you a copy of its invoice showing the goods ordered and amount paid.
Non-delivery by any third party shall not give you any right to delay payment to METRIC or to make any claim whatsoever against METRIC.
5. Use of Promotional Codes
From time to time we send promotional discount codes to our loyal customers.
Each voucher code will have its own specific terms, for example when it is valid from and until, and what discount or offer it provides you. However, general terms for the use of voucher codes are as follows:
- Voucher codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount and in some cases may not be applicable to on sale items and other promotions.
- Discount codes are only available for your sole use and should not be passed on to third parties.
6. Risk and Title
Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon payment of the fee or, if earlier, upon delivery of the same to you.
If any of the Goods are destroyed, damaged or lost from any cause (other than the fault or negligence of METRIC), METRIC may replace those goods but shall be entitled to charge you for the replacement of them.

8. Deadlines and Deliveries
It is understood that turnaround of the orders placed at METRIC may vary depending on current order volumes, work schedules, fabric availability, or a particular characteristic of the order placed. METRIC will try its best to comply with the average turnaround of 2 - 4 weeks. It is also understood that priority orders will be processed before standard orders. Should there be a delay in any order, METRIC will be held free of all liability.
9. Cancellation of Orders & Returns
Once an order has been submitted and subsequently processed, it cannot be cancelled. Should it, under some circumstances, be agreed by METRIC to cancel an order, cancellation charges and fees, as there might be, would be deducted from the submitted payment before a refund is issued or a charge back made to the card used for payment submission. In the event you should cancel this contract, please notify us. You may be responsible for labor to date of cancellation, plus the cost of any fabrics and other materials purchased on your behalf. If your deposit exceeds these amounts, a refund for the difference will be issued to you within 28 days of our receipt of your written notice of cancellation. If the product received does not match the order placed, you may return the product for one of equal value. In returning goods, shipping and handling fees will be incurred by the customer.

10. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
METRIC shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising from the use of any goods or information displayed on the website.
METRIC will not in any event be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill howsoever arising suffered by you or for any wasted management time, failure to make anticipated savings or liability you may incur to any third party arising in any way in connection with these terms or otherwise whether or not such loss has been discussed by METRIC and you pre-contract or for any account or profit, costs, or expenses arising from such damage or loss.
METRIC shall not be liable for the loss or damage of any goods that are not in direct relation to our own negligence. In the case that a third party is responsible for such errors, the matter should be resolved with that third party.
11. Miscellaneous
The above terms form the entire agreement between METRIC and you, the customer, and supersede any previous agreement and representations oral or otherwise made by either of the parties. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of thes Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These terms and your agreement with METRIC shall be governed and construed in accordance with the United States Law. You irrevocably agree for the exclusive benefit of METRIC to submit any dispute hereunder to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
